Orders
An order is confirmed once we have received your order and verified payment (where applicable). We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent payment information.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. Prices and stock levels can change without notice, but the price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay.
Delivery
Delivery is available to all 64 districts. Inside Dhaka typically takes 1–2 business days and costs ৳60; outside Dhaka takes 2–4 business days and costs ৳120. Delivery is free on orders over ৳5,000.
Warranty
Products carry the official warranty of the respective brand. Warranty claims require the original invoice and are handled by the brand's authorized service centre or ours.
