7-Day Returns
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and the invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are opened, installed, damaged, or returned after 7 days cannot be returned. Software, licenses, consumables and custom-configured items are non-returnable.
How to Return
Call 01681-450035 or email [email protected] with your order number. Our team will arrange pickup from your address inside Dhaka.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, at your choice.
